Oh, people.. (and giveaway!)

I am so tired this week that I can't keep up with all of the hype for my 10 day birthday! I have a perfectly delicious Fudge Marble cake with Chocolate frosting that my mother made me sitting in my cake display thing that my MIL gave me for my birthday just waiting, no... begging(!) to be photographed... but I don't have the energy!

I have some photos of the ugliest lake house that I have ever spotted sitting on my memory card in my camera, but am I going to upload them now? No. Too tired.

I have more landscaping done that needs to be photographed, shared, and then oohed and ahhed over... am I going to go photograph it? Maybe... but probably not... yep, you guessed it, too tired!

I have 2 quilts in progress that I need to work on, a bookshelf to paint, and a cabinet to put handles on, but instead, I am going to sit here, read one of my new books($0.50 at a garage sale) and become one with my chair.

And I will think about what else I should be doing but am not.

Actually... I have done a ton of stuff this weekend, so I am not feeling the least bit guilty. I have been running all week long, and got so much accomplished! No, I don't feel guilty about not doing more around here... and since my blog is just for fun and not a career, I don't feel bad about shirking on my blog, either...

I might feel the slightest, teeniest bit guilty about not keeping up with My Bloggy Birthday celebration for me turning 26.... but, I will make it up to you, though. I promise!

Actually, I will start right now!

How does a $10 bookstore gift certificate sound? Or a delve into my stack of books piled in my house to pick 10... your choice if you win(I might just have something you've been looking for!)

In order for that to work, I will e-mail you and you can choose.

If you choose the 10 free books I will post photos of different stacks of my books on my photobucket site and you can browse to your heart's content.

You can also tell me authors that you are looking for and if I have them I will scour and try to find them.

For instance: I have a lot of Carla Neggers, Debbie Macomber, Nora Roberts, etc...

I will stop at giving away nothing except for my absolute favs: Harry Potter, my Bible, etc...

Now, I am not going to specify what bookstore if you choose that... why? Well, y'all might not have the same stores around there that I have here. We have a Barnes & Noble and Waldenbooks here. If you have a Borders or some other store, I don't want to short you! So... in your post tell me what local store you would choose(if it is independently owned, but they have a website or a phone number I can call, I will be happy to get one from there, too!)
